Our AI tools exist to help (if you want) make your content better, and to help moderate the site and keep people safe from bots, trolls and jerks.
How Does the AI Wizard Work?
The AI Wizard can help Contributors to Hedgehogify your posts! (Yes it’s a word, we made it up fair and square.)
Hit “Create Post”, enter some text and then hit the AI Wizard button.
You’ll get two options:
* Grammar Check is here to make sure you talk good and stuff.
* Emoji-fy Text will spice up your life with emojis matched to your words throughout the text.
You can also save a step by choosing the third option, Hedgehog-ify Text, which will run both the grammar check and the emojification at once. (Yes, emojification is a word, we said so.)
You’ll always have the option to review the AI Wizard’s work, and approve or reject it, before anything goes live.
How Does Hedgehog’s AI Help Moderate the Platform?
AI filters process images, videos, and text posted on Hedgehog — anything that violates the Hedgehog Terms of Service can be rejected. If there is something we’re on the fence about, real-life human moderators will review it.
These automated controls mainly focus on the worst of the worst, including pornography, threats of physical violence, and illegal activity.
Again, the AI is there to help you – not to replace human intelligence but to assist the community.
